If you’re looking for a supportive, caring individual to help provide tools and guide you along the way, I may be the right therapist for you. My goal is to help you achieve the goals you thought weren’t possible, whether depression, anxiety, or substance use was getting in the way. Together, we can combat the obstacles that have gotten in your way and develop a plan for you to achieve those goals. I use methods proven to work, called evidence-based practices, to help people get better, quicker. I have years of experience providing mental health therapy, diagnostic assessments, and case management, I am recognized as a Child Mental Health Specialist in addition to a Mental Health Professional in the State of Washington. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor and pursuing my Substance Use Disorder Professional certification (T=Trainee).
