Therapist Overview

As both a board certified CBT and DBT therapist, I teach tangible tools to get “unstuck” based on scientific research within a nonjudgmental, warm, environment. My hope is to help you move toward the life you want and create some distance from the thoughts and behaviors that might get in your way. I am also intensively trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
