Creating an environment where clients can grow to understand themselves, make changes they want, and truly thrive is my goal. My approach is eclectic in that I don’t subscribe to a single form of therapy but pull from many areas in order to meet my client’s needs. I find most clients would like therapy to be an interactive experience and that soliciting feedback about how we are doing together, helps develop a genuine client-therapist relationship. My endless curiosity about people and belief in the ability of individuals to grow, change, and accept themselves drives the work I do.
