Parenting is difficult. And no parent is ever prepared to discover their teenager self-harming, their pre-teen sexting or their elementary aged child paralyzed with anxiety. Thankfully, we were never designed to walk this road alone. But finding a trustworthy partner to guide you on this journey can be difficult. I understand this fear, and will provide safe, effective and Christ centered therapy that uniquely addresses child and adolescent needs while encouraging the parent’s strengths. I work with children, parents and the family when necessary to address issues like anxiety, behavior, abuse, divorce, self-esteem and self-harm. I provide a safe, relaxed environment where your child is allowed to be and share themselves without fear of judgement. My therapeutic playroom helps children communicate and work through issues on their own terms, while art, music and talk are used to help teens explore and address difficult topics.
