I have many years of experience as a mindfulness practitioner and teacher, which helps me be a deep listener. I look for strengths, and focus on the need for each of us to express our own unique gifts. I am also a student of the Enneagram and can use it as a tool to help you recognize and understand your personality pattern and to grow toward authenticity. My life experience and my own personality type help me to be present, providing a safe space to explore what is going on for you and to find your own answers within.
