We stop listening to our inner self! I believe that Therapy should give you a quiet and peaceful space where you are able to create moments of reflection and gain a better understanding of who you truly are and who you want to become. Exploring what is holding you back, weighing you down, and then learning how to move yourself into a calmer, healthier space. I work hard to create a safe space for all of my clients and use a client centered approach that is honest and supportive. I enjoy working with young adults and adults from all types of backgrounds. My areas of interest are in depression, anxiety, relationships, parenthood, infertility, life transitions, and multicultural issues. I always knew that I wanted to be a therapist and have a true love for my profession. I feel honored every time a client allows me in their space to accompany them on their journey.
