I am a highly skilled therapist who is passionate about helping individuals connect with themselves and others in their communities. I specialize in complex trauma and PTSD, substance abuse, process addictions (disordered eating, sex/love, codependency), military/veteran, women-specific populations (including new moms and empty-nesters), and caregiver burnout. I use loving, compassionate methods of therapy and believe that a strong relationship with your therapist, yourself, and your community, are the most important aspects of the healing process. I offer individual therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic, and narrative therapies. I also provide outpatient group therapy, clinical consulting, and contracted therapy for facilities. I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and Certified Yoga Fitness Instructor. I developed the Pathways Connect (PC) outpatient program to help peop
