I want to come along side you and together, in a safe environment, help you gain insight, skills, and strength to make positive changes that will lead to restored wholeness and fulfilling relationships with others. I have experience helping individuals with such issues as addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life-adjustments, abuse, marital issues including infidelity. I also offer pre-marital counseling for couples seeking to strengthen their relationship. I am a person of faith and am sensitive to the spiritual perspectives of others.
