I work to develop a positive therapeutic relationship to better understand those factors and to help to identify strengths each individual brings to therapy. I want to support each individual in creating clear therapeutic goals and developing the best way to reach those goals. I am a certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist as well as a certified substance abuse and addiction professional. My experiences include helping those with: mental illness, anger, behavioral issues, mood and anxiety, depression, generalized anxiety, at-risk youth, and complex health issues such as chronic pain management. I want to remove the stigma of mental health! Asking for help shows incredible strength and I am here to lend that hand in building those bridges. I provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
