I have 20 years and a array of experience coaching, counseling and teaching in the areas of addiction, mental health, behavior issues with children, and parenting. I believe in people and the ability to grow. I have a warm and compassionate approach and find laughter as one of the greatest healers. Combining my counseling/coaching experience, parenting training and a behavior specialist license I have a unique but stacked approach assisting with behaviors that create obstacles to true serenity and joy both within yourself and your family.
