Therapist Overview
I am the Lead Therapist and Director of Arkansas Holistic Therapy (AHT). AHT is a mental health counseling center that provides traditional psychotherapy services with ecological-based interventions to support overall health outcomes. I’m a LCSW trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children & adolescents, Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). AHT’s goal is to provide self-directed, therapeutic interventions to holistically improve psycho-social-emotional outcomes for our clients. I received my Psychology and Master of Social Work degrees from UALR. I served in the US Army and deployed twice during the Operation Iraqi Freedom conflict. I previously worked as a therapist with the Veterans Administration and agencies that serve child and adolescent populations. I have extensive experience working with children and families. My knowledge and personal experiences have enabled me to empathetically serve diverse clients. I genuinely and passionately care about serving others. I am eager to contribute to a healthier Arkansas by implementing eco-based and traditionally based psychotherapy interventions.
