Overcoming our personal struggles can seem like a daunting task; especially when going at it alone. Admitting you might need help, let alone asking for it, may be one of the hardest yet most important steps for facing these challenges. My goal is to provide a collaborative, therapeutic environment where clients feel respected and have a voice in their treatment. Every person is different in what they want and need from therapy. As such, I design my therapeutic interventions to fit the needs of my clients. I work with them to come up with solutions they feel will be most effective and realistic. I specialize in addictions, depressive and anxiety disorders, and developing coping skills for ADHD. I offer same or next day appointments to new clients. I have morning, afternoon, and evening as well as Saturday availability. I want to ensure that if someone is seeking treatment, there is the availability to provide the care they deserve.
