I work with adults and adolescents presenting with a broad spectrum of concerns. These include, most notably depression and anxiety as well as trauma, PTSD, grief, inattention, eating issues, relationship issues, school issues, self esteem issues, adoption, sleep, and history of sexual and/or physical abuse. My therapeutic style is integrative: I draw from a variety of fields of psychology, including psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive-behavioral. Through therapy, we will work together to understand both the origins of presenting issues; clarifying why we act and feel the way we do, and why certain thought and behavioral patterns persist.
