*****I am not taking new clients at this time as my practice is currently full.***** I have over 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker. I have worked in a broad range of mental health settings, including traditional outpatient settings providing individual and family therapy, and in acute psychiatric settings with kids and with adults. I work with clients of all ages, and across cultures. I also provide clinical supervision and consultation services. My approach is collaborative and client-centered and strengths based. Clinical areas of special interest include addressing depression and anxiety related to transitions, losses, trauma and attachment issues. Special client groups include transition-aged adults, families of all kinds, adoption, ADHD, kids with challenging behaviors, parents. I work across cultures and difference and integrate mindfulness practice in my work.
