Hello, and welcome! My treatment approach is grounded the understanding that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is vital for this work. Together, we will work in a spirit of curiosity and collaboration to increase awareness of underlying causes contributing to current struggles, enhance self compassion and build understanding. I will support you to develop adaptive coping resouces, learn skills to respond more effectively to old patterns, and cultivate inner strengths that will support healing, growth and transformation. Specializations include: PTSD/Complex PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, relationship/adjustment challenges. As I transition from my role as Clinical Director of The Trauma Center where I provided individual therapy, parent consultations, and clinical supervision, I am looking forward to extending my skills to private practice.
