I specialize in “Adulting” and Asperger’s, but am happy to work with anyone motivated to change their life. I love working with teenagers and young adults who are struggling with anxiety and or depression, who are feeling stuck or lost, not sure how to move forward, or which direction to take. I also work with those who feel like who they aren’t good enough, like they’re an imposter, Like they’re just different, and are tired of trying so hard. I work with both individuals affected by, and family member’s and partners of people on the Autism spectrum who are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure how to help. I work with clients to create achievable, concrete goals while working through any emotional blocks. I focus on strengths, give coping strategies, and providing a safe nonjudgmental space to explore yourself and possible solutions. I try to blend compassion with challenge to get you to where you want to be. Sometimes you just need someone to listen to you, sometime
