Therapist Overview

(Bio video on website) “Owning our story & loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.” This quote by Brene Brown does a beautiful job of summarizing the therapy process. I love to provide a safe & authentic environment in which I can walk alongside you as you learn to do both– own your story & through it, love yourself. Because the “art of therapy” matters & working with a specialist makes a real difference, I have pursued multiple higher trainings to better serve my clients. I’m trained to treat PTSD and trauma-related issues with Brainspotting & EMDR. I have extensive training in EFT for working with couples. I am passionate about helping people lead full, joyful lives! Is your struggle with anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, transitions, or healing after trauma? I’m here to help & can guide you towards beginning to let go of heavy baggage from your past & living fully! To better serve all populations, I’m dually licensed as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) & a Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (LAMFT).
