Therapist Overview
My approach is based in the Existential-Phenomenological and Relational Psychodynamic traditions; however my practice is integrative and based on each client’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a trusting, welcoming, empathic and non-judgmental environment in which you explore what it means to be you, within the context of your experiences, values, relationships and worldviews. Through thoughtful dialogue and collaborative therapeutic relationship, we work to understand and challenge your assumptions and patterns, so that you make more confident choices and live in a way that is mindful and true to your authentic self. I enjoy working with adults and couples of all gender and sexual identities and cultural backgrounds. I am also a Washington State approved clinical supervisor and work with therapists on the road to licensure and beyond.
