In my clinical practice, I work primarily with adolescents and adults aged 12 through 80+ struggling with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems and trauma-related disorders. In addition to conventional talk therapy, I also offer art therapy, a non-verbal avenue for expression and insight than what is often accessible through words alone, as well as EMDR, a relatively rapid treatment that helps to access, process and resolve traumatic experiences that contribute to current problematic behaviors and beliefs.
