I understand that finding a therapist can be an intimidating task. I am here to provide a safe non judgmental environment to begin your healing process. The client/therapist relationship is the foundation to build a solid working relationship and path to healing. Every person, at times, struggles with difficulties in life that may include depression, grief and loss, or anxiety that may feel very overwhelming. As a mental health therapist I make every attempt to help provide support and will act as a guide to help you work though any issue that you may be experiencing. I have experience working as a Chemical Dependency Counselor helping adults as well as teens overcome their addiction issues. I also offer support and counseling to the military community with 20+ years as a military spouse. I offer Monday and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday day appointments as well as weekly evening appointments upon request.
