I am a Registered Dance/ Movement Therapist, trained in both traditional and body-focused methods of counseling, and can tailor each to your specific needs. Together, we can work to shift old patterns and to access more fully your vitality and resilience. I specialize in helping children and adults strengthen mental and emotional health through reconnecting with the deep wisdom of their bodies. I am trained in Somatic Counseling Psychology and Dance Therapy, and I have worked with the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics to approach the effects of trauma in children.
