I specialize in promoting healing in the counseling process through addressing the whole person as a psycho-social-spiritual counselor. Behavioral patterns and negative beliefs and perceptions may be preventing you from experiencing a life with hope and meaning. I believe in treating the whole person and utilizing various treatment approaches to counseling. This does require some effort and commitment from the client and I consider counseling to be a collaborative effort. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming.)
