Therapist Overview

I work with a team of psychologists, testing specialists and a psychiatrist who treat children and adults with issues ranging from anxiety to dealing with changes in life (e.g. divorce, moving, loss). I see my role as a change agent to help clients have insight as to why they are suffering and what tools will help them become more self actualized. I have a casual and playful style when working with youth, so they don’t realize they are in therapy. My goal is to disarm kids so they feel comfortable to share things. I see kids with ADHD, ODD, depression, self harm, anger management, self-regulation issues, anxiety, and more. I empower kids and adults to see they have inner strength to overcome their fears or issues. I help parents help their kids to put me out of work as quickly as possible. I use evidenced supported methods of treatment, including cognitive behavioral and family systems therapy. I am active in therapy and help clients gain tools to address their current issues. I enjoy
