Family Psychiatry and Therapy

I provide adolescent, adult, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and group counseling in a compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental manner. I am an LCSW with over twenty years’ experience working with a broad range of ages, ethnicities, and psychosocial situations. I am licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. Specialties include: families in crisis, coping with chronic illness and depression, anxiety reduction, and caregiver support. I also provide skill-building group therapy for youth experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges. My preferred method of practice is in mindfulness-based cognitive therapies with the goal of helping people create happy, healthy, and confident lives.
