Erin Wendling

At Terrace House, I am passionate about working with women as they seek growth and empowerment – including those facing trauma including emotional abuse, relational violence, sexual violence, addiction, and disordered eating. I also work with adolescents to build self-esteem and coping skills to assist them in overcoming trauma, bullying, anxiety, depression, attention and behavioral challenges, and self-harm. I specialize in partnering with you, the client, to create a safe and true space so that you can come to better understand who you are, and ultimately change your own story. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, collaborative, person-centered, and compassionate. I strive to create a warm and personable atmosphere that supports individuals wanting to strengthen their lives.
