*I am only providing telehealth services at this time.* Therapy can provide a safe space to sort through life’s problems, receive support and empathy, and ultimately learn how to change to create more peace in your life. By the time we are teens, young adults, or more experienced adults, we can find ourselves stuck in certain thought or behavior patterns that are starting to be problematic. It’s hard to notice the pattern and even harder to learn to break it and try something new. I take incredible joy in working with people to shed light on what’s keeping them stuck and then moving towards more freedom and flexibility in life. I believe strongly in guiding a client in discovering their own intuition and sense of self in order to inform where we go in therapy. I like to consider all parts of a person’s life and how each part moves to create the patterns of behavior or emotion that each person experiences. We will focus on what’s causing your suffering and create a plan for change.
