I am the proud owner of the Sensory Space. My approach to therapy is collaborative. Together we will work to help you meet your goals and find a better understanding of yourself. I work with children, adults, families and groups. Utilizing a strength based, person centered approach helps me meet clients where they are. The goal in this work is to help clients identify strengths within themselves and develop ways to live productive and confident lives. I have spent the last ten years working with children and families in schools, residential treatment centers, and the foster care system. In addition to working with clients individually, I have faciliated programs and groups on bullying, social skills and Yoga. As a parent myself, I know the many skills needed for child rearing and have worked with parents individually and in groups focusing on strengthening the parenting skills needed for different developmental stages.
