Therapist Overview

If you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship difficulties or are experiencing grief and loss, I can support you by taking a personalized approach to your unique situation. I can help you move past your blocks, calm your fears, and experience your truest self. My counseling practice integrates holistic mind and body-oriented therapeutic approaches and depth psychology. My experiential approaches are guided by your values and aims. Since my therapeutic approach focuses on core transformation, I work towards sustainable changes in increased health for each client. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are sensitive to their environments, those that serve others or folks who are questioning their sexuality, gender and/or identity. I also offer ecotherapy. If my approaches or specialties resonate with you up until this point, something is calling you. It takes courage to evolve, and I can help by serving as your guide.
