I believe that oftentimes people come to therapy because they want to heal and that healing can happen through a trusted connection with a therapist; I move at the pace of trust. I strive to provide empathic and authentic care to individuals 13+. I graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services. Prior to earning my degree I worked in nonprofit, community based mental health administration. My belief in treating each person individually and holistically means I pull from a variety of therapeutic techniques such as skills based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Person-Centered, Strength-Based and Feminist approaches through the lens that is trauma informed.
