My practice offers a safe, warm, & non-judgmental environment for patients to open up their minds and become the best they can be. I use a strength’s based approach to start by acknowledging what each patient does well; we build on that to address areas s/he is struggling in and establish goals to work towards. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to help each patient get the individualized approach s/he needs to be successful. I see patients of all ages, from preschool to older adults and enjoy working with a variety of ages in my practice. I have a post-graduate speciality in children and adolescents to further my knowledge of the younger population. For younger patients, I work closely with parents to discuss parental concerns and points-of-view. I enjoy working with new patients and offer a free telephone consultation to allow patients to hear my voice and ask me a few questions to determine if I am the right fit for you. Next, we schedule an intake meeting and begin working to meet each patient’s goals. Starting the process is the hardest part!
