I was motivated to enter the counseling field by my passion to see others overcome barriers and find more contentment, inner peace, and hope in their daily life. I have come to realize that recovery is a process and is best approached from a holistic perspective. My desire is to see you experiencing a greater sense of emotional & physical well being, as well as develop positive coping skills to better handle life challenges. Also, if your faith is important to you I enjoy incorporating spirituality into our time together to utilize as a source of strength. I offer faith-based Christian counseling & life coaching upon request. I have experience working with individuals of all ages from young children to adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, abuse, trauma, ADHD, grief, anger, and faith related issues. I have worked in a variety of settings including addiction recovery rehabs, psychiatric hospitals, non-profit agencies, schools, and outpatient clinics. As a Licensed Professional Counselor it brings me joy to see a greater sense of well-being and positive changes in the lives of those I have been privileged to come alongside over the years.
