I enjoy working with clients who feel that they are meant for more, and that life could be better, but for one reason or another, they just cannot seem to maximize their potential. Each and every person has a special purpose in life, but fulfilling this purpose can be very difficult with the stress and confusion, or even trauma, of our experiences. Beautiful character traits, strengths, and abilities can become obscured, contributing to low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and even suicidal thoughts. I like to help my clients regain familiarity with their attributes, and make conscious decisions to live more fulfilling lives. I listen very carefully and empathically to get to understand you. I then tailor therapy to suit your needs–sometimes asking questions, sometimes providing concrete coping tools, and sometimes just exploring topics important to you.
