My approach is centered on growth and healing. I treat mental health as inseparable from the full breadth of your personality and your lived experience. I work with anxiety, depression, and major life changes, as well as the ongoing effects of earlier traumas. I can support you in developing new routes to meaning and purpose. Other areas of focus include developing creativity and self-expression, cultivating healthy relationships, exploring spiritual concerns, and support for caregivers and those in helping professions. I have training in Jungian Psychology, so I bring focus to parts of your personality hidden from consciousness and work with you to uncover and develop buried potentials. We may explore your dreams, which can give helpful clues about the nature of your struggles and how best to move forward. I sometimes also add movement/mindfulness or arts practices. When we can give our feelings the attention they ask for, they tend to guide us in useful directions. I offer therapy as a reliable space where you can slow down, really meet your inner world, and learn to relate to what you discover there. I bring a non-judgmental focus and a natural curiosity to your story and your personal way of making meaning from it.
