Therapist Overview
As we move from acute to the chronic stress that navigating 8+ months of a global pandemic has brought us…on top of any of our underlying challenges… I’m sure that you are finding yourself turning to some old behaviors that you once decided weren’t helpful for you. That might be too much media, alcohol, food, relationships, etc… It’s important now, more than ever, that we continue our efforts to take good care of ourselves. That means improving our ability to cope, to communicate, and to find new ways to cope (and actually implement them!). I provide a safe place for you to process your challenges. Each session structured to meet your needs. I use a caring & direct approach, & encourage integration of complementary treatments. I have experience working with individuals & couples/relationships around the intersection of: life transitions, relationships, gender/sexuality, anxiety, spirituality , trauma, & caregiving. I am fully LGBTQ/GNC/NB, Poly/CNM/Kink Affirming. I am continuing to accept new clients at this time (BCBS, UHC, EHP, Cigna; and OON). ***Please Note: Available appointments fall during daytime hours (9-5 M-F); Evenings and weekends unavailable at this time.***
