As a therapist, I offer my professional perspective by using a variety of theoretical approaches for your specific needs and goals. I specialize in adolescents, adults, couples and families with a wide array of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and marriage /family counseling. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment and trusting relationship with my clients. I hold a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Studies from Monmouth University. I am a National Certified Counselor, and hold memberships in both Louisiana Counseling Association, LCA, and American Counseling Association, ACA.
