Dr. Sarah C. Patton

I am a clinical psychologist who helps adults and teens with a variety of struggles such as depression, ptsd, anxiety, relationship/family hurts and disordered eating. I strive to offer deep care and empathy to each person that I work with. I love attachment-focused therapies such as Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. I’m also trained in CPT for PTSD, and the Renfrew Center’s UTM for Eating Disorders. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer a variety of psychological evaluations such as psychoeducational assessments and disability evaluations. I also love writing, and have published in the areas of trauma, body image, play therapy, and attachment. I love continuously learning about psychology and how to better help and understand people. I received my doctorate from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. I completed a predoctoral internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a child psychology fellowship at UC Davis Med Center, followed by a PTSD-focused fellowship at the VA hospital in Gainesville, Florida.
