With extensive experience as a therapist, grief counselor and hospice social worker my other work has included drug and alcohol treatment. Prior to my career as a social worker I worked as a freelance artist in New York and San Francisco. My method of service is eclectic, strengths based and is a mindfulness-centered approach that is relational, experiential and empathic. I meet people where they are without judgement to create a safe environment to explore personal beliefs, habits and your momentary experience. I trust in the wholeness of every human being to heal and move toward wholeness. We all possess the power to transform, feel good and reach optimal health.
