I can give you the opportunity to talk with someone who has an unbiased view. I have 30 plus years in the medical and counseling field. Perfection is not an attainable goal, flaws are human and everyone has them. I use solution orientated therapy to help you fall in love with your true self. I specialize in helping clients deal with past and present trauma. I am certified in EMDR and work with clients who have PTSD. I also work with Veterans. In addition to traditional counseling, I use experiential methods such as Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I am also a rock climbing guide and utilize nature to promote healing. I work with Veterans through rock-climbing.
