If you are struggling because of your sexual identity, or gender identity, I work with a variety of presenting concerns this would include, but not limited to, those who are gay, lesbian, transgender, gender diverse and gender questioning clients. If you want to be sure you will not be judged for who you are, lets talk. I seek to foster an atmosphere where clients can discover who they are and be comfortable with themselves. I tailor my approach and focus on the specific needs of each individual client’s journey toward positive self-growth. Also, I practice a very effective therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is short in duration and is used to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and a variety of other psychological conditions. ART uses eye movements to help people see troubling memories in a more healthy and adaptive way. Our Mission is to promote healing and facilitate wholeness through integrative therapy using a healthy alliance between mind and body
