Beginning psychotherapy, for many, requires great courage and commitment. Consequently, finding the right therapist is an important step toward addressing your goals. For nearly 30 years, as a therapist and medical consultant, I have been helping individuals overcome life’s obstacles, identify and build upon their strengths, and develop tools to bring about sustainable change. Life is hard. And so is change. But change is essential for growth. I am passionate about partnering with clients to help them change/grow, help them heal, and help them fulfill their potential while developing a greater sense of meaning and well-being. Like many therapists, I have a strong foundation in the treatment of depression, anxiety/panic, relationship issues, and stress management. Additionally, I have extensive experience and expertise working with Veterans, Older Adults, trauma/abuse victims, and with those who are grieving, utilizing an approach that is individually tailored to your needs.
