Therapist Overview
Life comes at you fast, and does not come with instructions, or easy answers. I hope as a therapist to provide a safe, welcoming space in which we can wrestle with and struggle through difficulties together. My approach to therapy is to address a person’s current issues as well as to explore the life and person in which they are occurring. I believe a person is much more than their symptoms and struggles and I strive to meet and know each client I work with in this holistic way. My aim is to help others find peace and meaning in their lives and to accompany them as they work to live in accordance to their own values and beliefs. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (#7372). I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University in 2014 and my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University in 2017. I have a wide variety of experience through working in community mental health centers and a university counseling center. I practice within the New Leaf Counseling group in Edmond. Feel free to call or email me. I would love to discuss your situation and describe the process further.
