Greetings! I work with clients across the lifespan, using play therapy for ages 3-9, activity therapy for 10-14, and talk therapy for 15 and up. In addition, I provide support to parents and caregivers using filial therapy to enhance their relationships with their children. I have experience working with children with aggressive behaviors, anxiety, adjustment issues, social struggles, and trauma. I also have experience working with adults with anxiety, depression, social struggles, trauma, and life transition struggles. I use he/him pronouns.
