Therapist Overview

Cultivating Hope Counseling Services was opened because therapy is one of the greatest healing spaces in which individuals, couples and families are able to experience and see their own resiliency. It is a place in which, with a bit of hope and support any individual can cultivate the life they want. I mainly practice through Collaborative Therapy but will use what fits best for my clients. If you are looking for a therapist who can accompany you on your journey, support you in your time of grief, conflict, or join you in cultivating the life you want, this is the place for you. I have worked with families and adolescents for several years and received my training through Our Lady of the Lake University. My experience covers a number of areas including: self-esteem, stress, identity nurturing, anxiety, depression, grief, incarcerated parents, separated families, immigration transitions and many others.
