Life is full of transitions that can often be difficult to navigate, and at times become overwhelming. I work with adolescents, young adults, families, and veterans by empowering, supporting, and educating them through difficult life circumstances. I work to help develop useful and manageable coping skills, create and set appropriate boundaries, and expand current perceptions about life and relationships. Every story is unique and presents specific obstacles to overcome. I tailor my therapeutic approach to fit the needs of each individual story line by building a relationship that fosters understanding, exploration, and insight. I treat issues of depression, anxiety, life adjustments, behavior problems and parenting, and inter-personal relationships. Each person’s experience is their own, I am here to bare witness to that experience and provide guidance towards better understanding and growth.
