We all have these moments, but when they’re affecting you so deeply and you feel as if you have nowhere to turn, that is where I can help. No matter how large, small, chronic, or problematic the issue is, my purpose is to help you navigate those waters. Life throws you curve balls that can seem overwhelming and impossible. Assistance from the right therapist can help you push past where you are in this moment to get to where you want to be. Although a new Provisional Counselor in Louisiana, I have years of experience working with individuals & couples. My roots run deep in working with individuals with chronic mental health diagnoses. A current area of focus is adult ADHD. And lastly, having been a member of each group, I hold foster parents & military families dear to my heart. Every client who enters my office is treated with acceptance, warmth, compassion, honesty, and respect.
