We all have the capacity for meaningful change and are deserving of a life of fulfillment. Sometimes we find that it can be difficult to make those changes and engage in daily living in ways that feel good to us. Barriers can show up in our lives in many ways. Maybe you have concerns with your relationships; find your mood is difficult to manage; are engaging in thoughts or behaviors that are no longer serving you; or having difficulty recognizing the positive within you. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental, compassionate and collaborative space for us to address what is getting in the way of the life that you deserve! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and EMDR trained. I believe in an integrative and individualized therapeutic approach to meet each person’s needs. I utilize Psychodynamic, Relational, and Existential perspectives in my work. I also incorporate EMDR, DBT and Motivational Interviewing interventions. I am passionate about being a part of someone’s journey of personal growth. Change is not a linear process and it is important to have someone there that can help guide during those challenging times. I am dedicated to providing that support while empowering people to ultimately have confidence in their abilities to maintain meaningful change.
