I am Cristina Dunahoo, LMHC, NCC, EMDR, graduate of Walden University, MN, class of 2021 with a specialization in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling, with a 4.00 GPA. I am passionate and dedicated to helping all my clients overcome their challenges to find joy and wellness in their lives again. I specialize in Trauma, Pregnancy and Postpartum Issues, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, Self-Esteem, and Healthy/Wholesome living. I am trained in Eye Movement De-Sensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and have recently obtained a certificate in Neuropsychotherapy.
