CURRENTLY FULL & NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I believe Therapy to be an opportunity for an individual, couple or family to be supported in looking deeply into the obstacles that may be getting in the way of an over all better quality of life. Working with a therapist is a time to explore and generate new solutions to problems that may have you feeling stuck, frustrated and hopeless. Therapy can be both brief and or long term depending on the issues presented and your goals of treatment. I welcome adults and teenagers in my practice, as well as individuals, couples and families -including small children (on a case by case basis). Below is a list of “issues” I work with, however there are many beyond this list. Please call to ask. If you are unsure about therapy, I suggest a free phone consultation to discuss your concerns.
