I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health industry in a variety of settings which include hospital, crisis teams, health insurance company, university, and others. I view therapy as an active process and use a collaborative and interactive approach to counseling. I utilize a mixture of therapeutic approaches to help address individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, daily personal performance, adjustments and/or life transitions (relationship, career, other), depression, and insomnia.
