I am experienced child and adolescent therapist. My practice specializes in anxiety, depression, and adjustment using an individualized combination of approaches best suited to the individual and family. Interventions include play therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, parenting skills and support. I believe in not only treating the child and adolescent but the whole family system through parent involvement.
